Refund policy

All products sold by AXL100 are print-on-demand, which means that each item is produced only after an order is placed. When you complete an order, it is automatically forwarded to our production partner, who prints and ships the product directly to you as the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we are unable to modify, cancel, or exchange your order once it has been sent to production.

To make a reclaim:
Contact us via email at info@axl100.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem
    We will get back to you within 14 days with a response and further instructions.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Limitations to the right of complaint/returnu
Unfortunately, we cannot approve claims that concern:

  • Size errors, frame choices, or other design options that you specified when placing the order

  • Normal wear and tear or damage that occurred after you received the item

  • Deviations that fall within reasonable tolerance levels for printed products

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

14-day withdrawal period in the EU
If goods are delivered within the EU, you have, regardless of the above, the right to withdraw or return your order within 14 days without providing any specific reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
